In case anybody’s interested, my headcanon is that Horatio’s missing his right leg below the knee. He generally wears a prosthetic, and walks with the help of a cane. 

Mine is the same, but it’s his left leg, so when Hamlet tries to teach Horatio how to dance and tells him he has two left feet, Horatio proceeds to tell Hamlet “actually, I have no left feet.”
