Dghda headcanon

Dirk and Todd are on their way to a client’s house. Dirk is uncharacteristically silent. His favorite song comes on the radio and he doesn’t even sing along because he knows Todd is mad at him and doesn’t want to irritate him further. Todd notices and feels a pang of sympathy which he ruthlessly suppresses. He glares at Dirk and Dirk…flinches.

Todd is taken aback.
