Todd almost makes a game of it by seeing if he can get Dirk to walk in a zigzag pattern just by following the press of his hand (Dirk can) and Todd will listen to Dirk ramble about their newest case as he keeps a tentative hand on Dirk’s shoulder or back making sure he doesn’t hit a stranger or telephone pole.

Dirk thinks the universe keeps him from steering into the wrong direction but it is Todd folks
