‘No. It’s been ten years and it still surprises me. Kevin Feige said to me, when he was congratulating me on getting the part, ‘I want to talk to you about The Avengers’, and I said ‘Hang on a second! I’m still getting to grips with Thor. What are The Avengers?’, and he told me his dream about the new universe he was building – of all these characters from the comic books – and it was going to be a cinematic universe to mirror the comic books; I thought ‘That’s amazing!’ And now, ten years later… I’m still here!’
