@writernotwaiting ahhhh the way you build this with rhythm and how the lines of dialogue just grab at the heart and they make you feel like there’s a hand reaching for someone else’s hand, wanting to pull them back into the embrace! The bit with the whispers and the skitterbugs, the pockets that clack with broken shells, the shoes that shackle, YOU SING SWALLOWS THAT SPARKLEDANCE ACROSS THE WATER. Such beautiful images, you do my heart good!!!!
