Thor licks the blood from his lips, barely noticing the sorcerer’s gentle touch where his fist is curled around Mjolnir’s handle with enough force to snap bones. There is still rage coursing through his veins and he growls when the other man insistently grasps his wrist.
“Loki…”
“Thor, come. I tire of this carnage.”
That brings a feral grin to Thor’s face. “You never tire of carnage.” And neither do I, remains unspoken.
“I tire of this one. There are other worlds to burn.”
