I am not against commission but I am against overpriced art work .

1.No your pencil rough sketch is not worth 20 bucks

2. No your flat no color no background art work is not worth 60 bucks

3. No it is not reasonable to charge a extra 30 bucks to add a charcter

4.no you’re copy and paste frame animation is not worth 100 dollars

If you ever feel like you are petty or too salty, just look at the person above who made an entire blog dedicated to complain about the prices people ask for their own art.

If you ever feel like you are petty or too salty, just look at the
person above who made an entire blog dedicated to stopping highway robbery  fixed it for yea

“Highway robbery”

Okay then Batman, really keeping the streets by complaining about art prices.

well do

“Local tumblr thinks they are a hero after complaining about what others do with their art and that they themselves do not need to buy, see more of this entitlement at 10:00”

Wow you must know what a fucking joke is

Don’t worry I know what a joke is, here’s some examples:

Exhibit A.) Your blog

Exhibit B.) Your arguments

Exhibit c your fucking life Nice try tho

OHHH BURN

I am so upset, I guess I have to make an entire new blog to talk trash about you then.

Brb

  1. Rough sketches can take hours to do.
  2. A “professional” can charge double that.
  3. Extra people = extra time, effort, and more resources used.
  4. That’s not how animation works, you walnut.

You’re not entitled to the labor of another person, they charge less than you think for more work than you consider.

Rough sketches can take an hour to do that is the most retarded fucking fucking thing I’ve readed

A professional and a tumblr artist are two different things

Extra people does not equal charge an extra 50 bucks

Yeah it does because I’ve seen artist pull that bullshit

Oo, nice ableism. What, can’t go two seconds without using slurs? You poor thing. Your opinion means even less now.

Nice double standard.

You said $30 earlier, babe. That’s actually higher than the typical charge.

So the few you’ve seen = everyone? Or do you forget that “professionals” often use the same technique.

No A professional was actually worth the money

@ramennoodlelord

Here since they decided to reblog it from me rather than you.

Oh! Such a coward.

“Professional” artists are no different than tumblr artists, honey. They just get paid more.

Ah yes I’m a coward because I didn’t see. Who. I re-blog from well fine the. Tumblr artists are not on the same level as a professional and their art is not on the same value scale

Mhm? Mmhmm.. not on the same level? Oh where is that screenshot I showed my fiancé..? Aha! Here it is.

Credit: @ursuladecayart a tumblr user/artist.

Honeybunz, you are full of utter bullshit.

aww thanks for the shout out @ramennoodlelord ❤
This guy @antiartistbullshit is an idiot lmfao
He is probably just mad because someone wouldn’t draw his cat-chicken-bison-pony -dragon girl hybrid OC with rainbow skin, plaid eyes, chrome beak, holographic legs,10 tails ( each a different neon color), dead computer blue paws, highlighter-yellow glow in the dark hair, 3 boobs and a full tattoo sleeve for $5
Art is often a luxury it is priced as such. It takes time to draw these commissions and to LEARN how to draw in the first place. TIME IS MONEY.
“No it is not reasonable to charge a extra 30 bucks to add a charcter “
lol If I hired you to clean my house then said “aye clean my garage and car too at no extra cost u w u” you would be singing a different song my dude.

Loki

Contrary to Hollywood Loki is not Chaotic Evil, more like Chaotic Neutral/Good. He is a trickster still, but he does help when asked for and respected. Treat no deity like a fool unless you wish to be a fool and face their wrath. Sure you have to be cautious at times with him, but I have met witches that interact with spirits freely without being wary. A spirit is unpredictable when first met, meanwhile a deity does have their own moral code.

He has not deceived me, no he has only helped me out. Be it learning magic from him, him weaving benign magic for me, or him getting me to laugh for a while. He has helped me, even sends his wolf occasionally to see that I am doing fine. Without Loki… I would find things to be more somber. Working with a deity isn’t about power or securing something for yourself, it can just be about being friends and sharing a laugh. Learning to laugh at what things may do and smile at minor upsets, that is how you can change the game of life.

People tell me I am weird and crazy for being happy that I failed at something. To me, from what I have recalled with Loki in the past and my more recent experiences it is something good. Not everything works out as planned, you may fail a thousand times before you get to where you are needed. So if you laugh with each moment and learn as you experience it, then it is not a failure. I may mess up in a class at university, so long as I get out before the deadline, I have learned more and will be ready next time. Be it the teacher was an ass and thus I caused mischief until the end, or I didn’t grasp the topic fast enough. So long as I learn and work to change I will laugh, should I fall I will rise up laughing and run to my destination once more.

Loki has taught me to find the fire in the frozen forest and to grasp it for my victory in life, death, and the afterlife. Never surrender and always have a good time on your journey.
